Every March of the year is the time when all businesses and companies across Vietnam look forward to the rating results based on the independent votes of employees in the survey "Top 100 Vietnam Best places to work" to update the trends in HR management, important factors affecting the Happiness working environment and branding the Employer of Choice (THNTD) successful. On 22nd March 2018, the “Vietnam Best Places to Work Summit 2018” with the theme of "In Change We trust - Vietnam 4.0 - The Future of Work, Workforce & Workplace" organized by Anphabe - HR Consulting Company & Intage – the leading Market Research Company run from October - December 2017 to publish a report summarizing the updated trends from the “Top 100 Vietnam Best places to work 2017” survey conducted on 62,268 employees from 25 industries with 674 Employer brands and 50 in-depth interviews with CEOs and HRDs from leading companies. The report offers new perspectives such as 5 breakthroughs future workforce and managerial roles of leaders, 12 influencing trends in today's business in order to build the new standard and health measurement of happiness workforce.
At this Submit, Highlands Coffee excelled over many big and famous brands of the market to be ranked and honored in the following awards:

The methodology of Calculations & Ranking results was advised and audited by INTAGE Vietnam based on criteria that measure successive talents, corporate reputation, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Remuneration for Employees in the Present and the Future, Development Opportunities, Culture & Environment, Leadership & Management, Corporate business activities to enhance the employees’ work and life quality, the level of Employees’ engagement and satisfaction, the degree of voluntary effort and the commitment of employees to the company.
This is also the first year, Highlands Coffee participated in this survey and is proud to be honored and ranked in these awards.
