Job Description

  • Update cash balance and payment plan.
  • Overall management of GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Allocation, Costing.
  • Review contract to make sure payment correctly with payment term.
  • Reconcile Intercomapny AR, AP.
  • Tax reports: VAT, PIT, CIT, reconcile PIT with HR.
  • Record payroll and related expenses.
  • Checking the Incentive paid to employee: compare the revenue that was used for Incentive calculation.
  • Record of monthly accruals expense incurred.
  • Balance sheet, P&L compliance with VAS.
  • Reconcile Balance sheet.
  • Financial Statement submit to Tax Department.

Job Requirement

  • 3-5 years of working experience in General Accountant position.
  • Experience working with Tax Audit, External Audit would be highly preferable.
  • Careful, hardworking, responsible, and possess strong teamwork skills.
  • Flexible problems solving, result-oriented.
  • Good organizational and time management.
  • Strong communication, English skill.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Computer Skill - MS Office.
