August 20, 2019, Viet Thai International organized a training program "Performance Coaching" for officers, 
management level at VTI.

With Lecturer, Mr. Phan Thanh Binh - 30 years of experience in Business Management and Management 
Consulting, guided and shared knowledge and skills on:

• Understand management, coaching and development
• Coaching skill for improving performance
• Tasks directing and giving feedback skills

Participants will be able to:

• Understanding about roles, responsibilities and essential competencies of a manager/ supervisor in an organization.
• Know well about staff classification and apply suitable coaching methodology.
• Know well about coaching process and apply suitable coaching model to improve performance.
• Improve staffs' effectiveness through directing, communicating and giving feedback.

The training program has been successfully conducted with the participation of more than 40 experts of 
Viet Thai International Group. Following the training course for VTI employees will be other training programs 
held at the end of September 2019.
