The methodology of Calculations & Ranking results was advised and audited by INTAGE Vietnam Research Company based on based on criteria that measure successive talents, corporate reputation, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Remuneration for Employees in the Present and the Future, Development Opportunities, Culture & Environment, Leadership & Management, Corporate business activities to enhance the employees’ work and life quality, the level of Employees’ engagement and satisfaction, the degree of voluntary effort and the commitment of employees to the company.
